Old Admiralty Building – Willmott Dixon

RKI worked in Partnership with Willmott Dixon on the joint Structured Cabling and AV packages at the Old Admiralty Building, the building is Grade II listed and sits within the Whitehall Complex London. 

 

The project involved the refurbishment and fitting out of Old Admiralty 

Building to serve as offices for the Department for Education 

 

The structured cabling installation compromised of in the region of 6000+ Excel Cat 6 UTP solution with OM4 multi-mode fibre and Voice backbone cabling supporting over 22 Comms Rooms. 

 

The fibre backbone cabling was terminated in the core equipment cabinets. The AV systems comprised of sound distribution systems, audio and video 

source equipment, high definition (HD) visual display screens, projectors, and control systems.
